As a Senior Product Manager, you will manage and deliver features used by NinjaOne customers every day. You will advocate on behalf of our customers to Product Management, Design, and Development teams who have a passion for solving user problems with technology. You will help guide the growth of NinjaOne’s Product Management function as the company continues to build on its dominant position as the premier endpoint management solution for MSPs while also expanding into the Enterprise. 

Location- we are flexible on remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and in one of the following states- TX, FL, CA, NC, OR, GA. We have physical offices in Austin, TX and Tampa, FL

What You’ll be Doing

  •  Continually engage in qualitative and quantitative customer research to deeply understand customer needs 
  • Partner with Development to prioritize and drive feature delivery for our customers 
  • Collaborate with the Product Management team to creatively achieve product vision goals 
  • Coordinate with Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Account Management, and Support to ensure that the features we release are well understood and adopted by customers 

About You

  • 5+ years of experience B2B SaaS product management. 
  • You have a solid understanding of the problems that IT Admins face on a daily basis, either by direct work experience or building products in the space. 
  • Polished written and verbal communication skills. Your strong interpersonal skills make you effective when working on cross-functional teams. 
  • You are an innovative and creative problem solver, comfortable with ambiguity and charting new territories and tackling new initiatives. 
  • Extensive experience working with development teams in an Agile environment. You are comfortable participating in technical discussions and helping navigate technical tradeoffs. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in technical field preferred
