Become a Technical Writer on our training team- leading the creation and updates for our product support documentation. You will be responsible for a scope of written materials from our library of customer product documentation. You will also have the opportunity to contribute on a variety of team projects such as video scripts, release notes, and internal training materials. Partner with internal subject matter experts to gather information regarding new products and features; to produce documentation to educate our customers and our teams. Our training team is small and growing, be a part of the foundation of our team and impact efforts make a tangible difference to enabling our clients and our employees on our excited IT Technology Software!


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Create written materials, including: product documentation, release notes, video scripts, and more, related to our IT Software product suite.
  • Collaborate with our internal product experts and technical teams to gather information about new features, enhancements, and products to be documented in our knowledge base help center.
  • Coordinate with our international EMEA team for documentation translations.
  • Champion a process for streamlining documentation requests, from our clients and teams.
  • Audit our existing knowledge library of documentation to improve quality and ensure accuracy.

 

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or a similar field will make you a stand out candidate, as well as previous equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years’ experience in a corporate documentation-writing role
  • Previous experience with Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) IT Software tools is a plus
  • You have a strong attention to detail and high editorial standards
  • You are self-motivated and enjoy working both independently and collaboratively
  • You enjoy finding ways to explain technical topics in a clear and concise fashion to people with numerous levels of technical understanding
  • You are confident communicating with peers at all levels (from entry-level employees to senior-level leadership)
  • The prospect of taking ownership in a small team excites you
