About the Role

As a Ninja account manager, you are an outgoing, self-motivated individual who is excited to be on the phone and great at building relationship with customers. You will be lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts, and you will build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. You will oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and offering additional products and services to help the customer grow and maximize profit.

What You’ll Be Doing

·      You will be responsible for growing your individual book of business within your portfolio of existing accounts

·      You’ll proactively engage and reach out to your accounts on a regular basis 

·      You will be the “single point of contact” for those accounts

·      You’ll identify, qualify, sort, and develop your own cross-sell and up-sell opportunities

·      You’ll effectively communicate with customers and react to client requirements quickly and efficiently 

·      You’ll analyze and understand the customer needs in order to present a solution that meets the customer requirements 

·      You will build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and to find growth opportunities

·      You’ll research and document relevant contact information for existing leads in Salesforce

·      You’ll utilize Salesforce to ensure activities are documented properly, opportunities are forecasted accurately, and information regarding the opportunity is communicated appropriately  

·      You’ll maintain knowledge of market conditions and competitive activities


About You

·      You have exceptional consultative phone skills, including the ability to communicate clearly, actively listen, inspire, project confidence, and overcome objections

·      You excel at influencing and inspiring

·      You excel in all forms of communication

·      You are capable of remaining resilient throughout

·      You have a proven track record in achieving and maintaining sales targets

·      You have extensive IT knowledge

·      You have a bachelor’s degree (preferred)

·      You have experience in “owning” a portfolio of accounts
