About the Role

We are looking for a self-directed Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager with a take-charge attitude and creative streak to join our fast-growing marketing team. Reporting directly to the Director of Demand Generation, the ABM Manager will not only take charge of existing account-based sales and marketing efforts, but will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and standardizing NinjaOne’s ABM strategy for the North American markets. This person is passionate about working closely with sales and other marketing functional teams to develop highly customized ABM programs for a variety of accounts, verticals, and territories.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute Account Based Marketing programs with sales team and track success through goals, KPIs, and retros
  • Collaborate closely with sales to build target account lists based on intent-signals and develop a highly-personalized strategy to engage with each of them
  • Document and templatize ABM initiatives  
  • Directly impact pipeline through end-to-end program components such as email campaigns, direct mail, webinars, digital advertising, social media, events, and more
  • Obsess over tracking program successes and optimize as needed to improve account engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue closed
  • Conduct post-event/campaign evaluations and ROI analysis; report and share results and recommendations with marketing and sales teams.
  • Work cross-functionally with other marketing departments to launch programs and brainstorm new initiatives
  • Research and recommend ABM tools/technology to enhance and support ABM initiatives
  • Leverage marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate and measure all marketing tasks and workflows

 

About You 

  • 5+ years experience in developing & executing marketing campaigns
  • 3+ years experience running and tracking ABM programs
  • Experience marketing a B2B SaaS product preferred
  • Established track record of successful ABM campaigns and reporting on the metrics/tracking to prove it
  • Extremely comfortable developing a relationship with sales and working cross-functionally with other marketing departments to create a well-rounded strategy
  • Strong organization, planning, writing, creative, and project management skills with experience leading program updates in front of a broader team
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment with an ability to pivot quickly and adjust priorities accordingly
  • Experience operating and optimizing account-based orchestration tools such as 6sense, Terminus, Metadata.io or Demandbase
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce, MAPs (Pardot or Marketo), and sales engagement software (Salesloft or Outreach)
