Customer Marketing Manager

We are looking for an ambitious customer marketing manager with proven experience delivering new revenue from existing customers and turning partners into advocates. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will turn customer marketing into a core revenue driver as the company expands our suite of products. You’ll take over existing high-performing functions while launching brand new customer engagement, advocacy, and demand-generation programs. You’re a revenue-minded marketer known for creating relationships, looking to take the next step and own the customer marketing function.

  •    Build and execute effective cross-channel marketing programs to generate cross-sell and upsell opportunities for the revenue team
  •    Manage Ninja’s Customer Advisory Board, including planning CAB events, managing communications with CAB members, and expanding CAB engagement
  •    Maintain our reputational dominance over competitors by driving a high volume of high-quality customer reviews to key sites such as G2 and Gartner Digital Markets
  •    Identify opportunities to generate customer-focused content such as case studies, video testimonials, and quotes for use across marketing and sales
  •    Work with product marketing, demand generation, and sales enablement to enable account managers to convert customer marketing activities into new revenue
  •    Own communication channels to Ninja customers for product releases, updates, hot-fixes, events, including owning the customer-marketing portion of go-to-market activities
  •    Work with the product marketing, growth marketing, and account management teams to close, retain, and up-sell customers via in-trial and customer onboarding messaging

Skills & Qualifications

  •    You have 3-5 years of experience in technology or SaaS demand generation, customer marketing, field marketing, or product marketing
  •    You have experience turning customers into advocates
  •    You have experience in customer success or account management (preferred)
  •    You are personable and very comfortable talking to customers
  •    You are comfortable working with both technical and business audiences
  •    You have excellent written and oral communication skills
