About the Role

As Product Manager, Backup you will drive strategy and execution of NinjaOne’s backup product development. You will be responsible for delivering backup products and features that best meet customer needs and fit business objectives. You will help guide the growth of NinjaOne’s Product Management function as the company continues to build on its dominant position as the premier endpoint management solution for MSPs while also expanding into the Enterprise.

About You

• 2+ years of experience as an IT Admin/Technician, Sales Engineer, or Product Manager working with a backup product

• Experience with image, file, and virtual machine backups

• Understanding of full, synthetic full, differential, and incremental backups

• Experience working at a high-growth SaaS company

• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Innovative and creative, comfortable with ambiguity and charting new territories and tackling

new initiatives

• Strong technical knowledge, and a knack for solving complex problems with simple solutions

• Bachelors agree in technical field preferred
