We are looking for a rock star Senior Manager, SEO/User Acquisition to join our digital marketing team and take on a key role in driving inbound growth. Reporting to the Director of Growth, you will own and scale our SEO efforts and build a team of SEO experts. You will not only have the existing structures to grow, but you’ll also have big initiatives to build from Day 1. With a proven track record in SEO, you are also an expert in the art and science of different types of content: videos, social posts, display banners, SEO blogs, etc. You are a growth expert with strong hands-on skills, a test-and-learn mindset, as well as good business acumen. This is a high-visibility role and will directly impact Ninja’s ability to grow.

  • Develop and implement Ninja’s SEO function and strategy, oversee paid marketing function, be responsible for key inbound metrics
  • Discover SEO opportunities, build out SEO content roadmap, establish processes, work with writers, content team, and consultants to execute on short term/long term plans
  • Recruit freelancer or in-house team to produce valuable SEO content at scale
  • Develop effective metrics and analytics to measure transactional/ informational/ awareness SEO results
  • Expand Ninja’s user acquisition through content with video, social, emails, etc.
  • Deep understanding of web information flow
  • Work closely with marketing operations and web teams to maintain a smooth workflow and optimize conversion rate

Skills & Qualifications

  • You have at least 5+ years' experience in SEO, ideally in a B2B environment
  • You've successfully built and scaled online presence through SEO in previous roles
  • You have a strong knowledge of SEO best practices together with hands-on experiences
  • You have a great sense of creatives across channels, including SEO blogs, paid ad copies, landing pages, product pages, banners, and videos
  • You have experience and are comfortable with SEO tools (e.g. Google Search Console, AHREFS, Screaming Frog)
  • You are adept at Google Analytics and Salesforce
  • Leadership skills and experience are preferred

Education & Experience

  • BA/BS degree is required 
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in SEO
