Sales Development Campaign Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a talented Sales Development Campaign Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and managing targeted sales development campaigns to generate new business opportunities for the company. You need strong project management skills and will develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including the sales team, marketing team, and other departments as necessary, to ensure that campaigns are integrated with overall marketing initiatives.
With a focus on data-driven results, you will track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using insights to continually optimize and improve campaign effectiveness. Staying current with industry trends and best practices in sales development, you will bring new ideas and approaches to the team as appropriate. What You’ll Do
Clean, organize, and maintain all email cadences in Salesloft for efficient SDR usage
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including the sales team, marketing team, and other departments as necessary
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure sales development campaigns are integrated with overall marketing initiatives
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using data to continually optimize and improve campaign effectiveness
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in sales development, bringing new ideas and approaches to the team as appropriate
Provide training and support to the sales team as needed, helping to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to effectively follow up on leads generated through sales development campaigns
Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and ensuring all campaigns are executed in a timely and effective manner
A team-oriented mindset, with a strong desire to contribute to the success of the sales team and the company as a whole

About You
Excellent Communicator. We know, we know - everyone says this, but it really is so important to have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will send a lot of emails (internal and external) and occasionally present analytics to the team.
Obsessively Organized and Productive. This role requires relentless attention to detail and lots of coordination. You will be responsible for managing the distribution of leads and business opportunities to the whole EMEA based sales development team including the tracking of the results.
Self-Starter. Each member of our team wears a variety of hats, and we want to know that you’re willing to take on things outside of your regular assignments, or that you’ll go out and learn about a new tactic/program (and then teach us about it!). You’re the kind of person who takes action and ownership (instead of waiting to be told what to do).
Relentlessly Efficient. It’s hard work keeping track of so many moving pieces. Sometimes you check off your entire to-do list before lunch; other times your morning pivots and you end up on a completely different project. We’re looking for someone who can manage their own time and projects while also jumping on other assignments quickly without getting derailed or losing track of priorities.
Other Requirements
Proven experience in developing and executing successful sales development campaigns
Strong project management skills and experience coordinating cross-functional teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate campaign objectives and results to both internal and external stakeholders
Proficiency in marketing/sales automation tools and data analysis software, with the ability to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance
Ability to think creatively and bring new ideas to the table, while also being able to work within established processes and systems
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Experience in B2B software (a plus)
Experience in IT or MSP software (a plus)
