Account Executive, SMB - French
About the Role
The Account Executive role at NinjaOne is responsible for achieving sales and profitability objectives among our largest and most strategic prospect accounts. This position dedicates their time to engaging with interested prospects, managing sales cycles to help potential customers evaluate our product, and closing revenue. This is a strategic role, which will contribute significantly to the success of NinjaOne. You will be responsible for closing large, strategic accounts and helping NinjaOne move upstream to the large mid-market/enterprise space.

What You’ll be Doing
Employing exceptional consultative phone skills, including the ability to communicate clearly, actively listen, inspire, project confidence, and overcome objections
Proactively communicating with clients and reacting to client requirements quickly and efficiently as well as communicating with inbound leads to discuss our B2B service
Analyzing and understanding the customer's needs and presenting a solution that fits the customer’s requirements
Demo the NinjaOne product line via phone and online presentations
Gathering market information and insights to gain a clear understanding of the industry
Highlighting potential opportunities and building supporting business cases
Maintaining accurate revenue reports and detailed client information in the CRM system
Representing NinjaOne at trade events and attending client meetings for training and onboarding
Bringing enthusiasm and energy
Other duties as needed
About You
You are an energetic and sales-driven self-starter who enjoys working in a quota-driven environment
You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
You are professionally proficient in French
You are organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
You are proficient with technology
You are able to multitask with several tools, work independently, and prioritize tasks
You have experience selling technology solutions to Director and C-Level IT executives to SMB and midmarket focused MSPs and/or Resellers
You have a proven track record in achieving and maintaining sales targets
You have 2+ years in B2B IT Sales
You hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology or Economics
You can speak additional languages (preferred)
