About the Role

As our Customer Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for building out and maintaining new customer education programs for the NinjaOne line of products. You will work closely with our training and development manager as the primary owner of this project and will collaborate with other internal resources to source content and ensure we’re providing the most effective coursework to set our partners up for success. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a much-anticipated project with high visibility and be able to watch your efforts add tangible value to the company!

Location – Hybrid remote in Austin, TX 

What You’ll be Doing

  • Work cross-functionally with numerous internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Customer Success, and Product Management to source content for customer learning
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive e-learning lessons from identified curriculum
  • Administer the customer learning platform
  • Participate in customer learning events and facilitate instructor-led sessions

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications/Business Administration/Education (or a similar field) preferred, and/or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a corporate training role
  • Demonstrated knowledge of instruction design, adult learning and e-learning principles, and methodologies
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including great attention to detail and confidence communicating with senior-level employees
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Working technical knowledge and adaptable to learning about new technologies
  • Previous experience with an LMS
  • Previous experience with a customer-facing LMS preferred
  • Previous experience with RMM software or the IT industry preferred
  • Passion for customer education
  • Able to flourish under limited supervision
  • Comfortable engaging team members at all seniority levels
