Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist
About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist to fuel our expansion efforts and drive inbound growth. You will work with Growth, Product Marketing, Website, SEO and Analytics team to set up strategy and run hundreds of web A/B testing to improve our website user experiences. Being super data driven and results-oriented, you will lead the team to improve conversion rate and achieve aggressive top-funnel numbers. You will become a growth expert with substantial practical expertise, an agile mindset, and exceptional business acumen.
Location – Remote in TX, FL, NC, GA, ME, or CA – We have physical offices in Austin, TX and Tampa, FL.
What You’ll be Doing
Own CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategy and work with the whole marketing team to get our monthly, quarterly and annual conversion goals.
Build up processes and best practices for CRO projects; work with cross-functional stakeholders on fast-paces implementation.
Create and maintain a landing page A/B testing roadmap with Growth, Product Marketing, and Web team, and achieve conversion rate optimization KPIs.
Use web traffic and site engagement data to unlock user behavior insights and prioritize opportunities; report on the business impact of your optimization efforts.
Work wiith SEO team to make sure web changes have positive impact on SEO performance.
Manage Ninja’s Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (GTM) environments, processes, and architecture
Lead Ninja’s GA4 migration
About You
4+ years of conversion rate optimization experiences or web product A/B testing experiences.
Good knowledge of SEO best practices and marketing programs.
Data driven, and can deal with multiple metrics at the same time.
Comfortable using, Google Analytics, VWO, Excel, and Tableau to report and analyze conversion rate.
Love to test with different design elements and creatives.
Excellent communication, roadmap management, and presentation skills
