About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Field Marketing Manager with a take-charge attitude and creative streak to join our fast-growing marketing team. Reporting directly to the Director of Field Marketing & Programs for the Americas, the Field Marketing Manager will not only take charge of existing field marketing efforts and sales partnership, but will play a pivotal role in growing and standardizing NinjaOne’s field marketing strategy for the North American markets. This person is extremely passionate about events and working closely with sales and other marketing functional teams to produce field marketing initiatives for a variety of accounts, verticals, and territories.
The Field Marketing Manager will need to identify key opportunities for new event expansion and lead the way in supporting existing field efforts to spread the word about Ninja. This person will need to not only research event opportunities and manage the logistics associated with each event, but also define the campaign objectives, tactics, channels, and assets in order to successfully promote Ninja’s field program. As the Field Marketing Manager you will need to execute and measure these field marketing events utilizing a variety of mediums and channels, including email, social, display/PPC advertising, and direct mail. You should understand how to leverage cross-functional teams in Content Marketing, Community Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Ops, and Product Marketing to develop promotion and content appropriate for the targeted personas.
Location – Remote in any of the following states TX, FL, NC, ME, GA or CA – We have physical offices in Austin, TX and Tampa, FL
What You’ll be Doing
- Build and execute all logistics of field marketing events including research, booking, promotion plans, asset generation, content, onsite support, post-event outreach and coordinate cross-functionally with other marketing departments for execution
- Obsess over tracking program KPIs, goals, and successes and optimize as needed to improve sales partnership, pipeline growth, and revenue closed
- Build relationships deep and wide within the sales team; secure sales commitment on marketing plans
- Collaborate closely with fellow marketers to create branded materials, implement multi-touch promotion strategies, and a robust event experience
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and ABM teams to build target lists based on buyer personas and intent-signals and develop a creative strategy to engage with them at regional events
- Document and templatize Field Marketing processes
- Support pipeline through end-to-end program components such as event promotion, onsite marketing, and multi-touch sales outreach
- Conduct post-event/campaign evaluations and ROI analysis; report and share results and recommendations with marketing and channel teams.
- Research and recommend Field Marketing tools/technology to enhance and support field initiatives
- Leverage marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate and measure all marketing tasks and workflows
About You
- 4+ years’ experience in developing & executing marketing campaigns
- 2+ years’ experience running and tracking field marketing programs
- Experience marketing a B2B SaaS product preferred
- Established track record of successful field marketing events and reporting on the metrics/tracking to prove it
- Extremely comfortable developing a relationship with Sales and external partners as well as working cross-functionally with other marketing departments to create a well-rounded strategy
- Strong organization, planning, writing, creative, and project management skills with experience leading program updates in front of a broader team
- Thrives in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment with an ability to pivot quickly and adjust priorities accordingly
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, MAPs (Pardot or Marketo), and sales engagement software (Salesloft or Outreach)
