We are looking for an Application Support Engineer that is looking to bring their knowledge of IT operations and IT operational software products to support the development of Quality and Testing to our suite of SaaS products prior to their release to our clients. You are the subject expert in all things IT systems; working on our QA Engineering team and collaborating with our software development teams to test and automate our new features. Be apart of a team that designs and implements automation test cases on our products. Producing quality and error free software ready to go live, and creating a best in class experience for our users.


Location- we are flexible on remote working from home, as long as you are located in the USA and in one of the following states- TX, FL, CA, NC, OR, GA. We have physical offices in Austin, TX and Tampa, FL


What You’ll be Doing


  • Use your expertise of IT software products- become our subject matter expert to change the way MSP's and IT teams operate. Research and evaluate user requirements. Contribute thoughts and data on the usability of our products.
  • Testing and Troubleshooting- identify and troubleshoot deficiencies striving for error free feature deployment. Research product requirements and limitations to ensure system functions. Develop and implement software test plans to identify software problems and root causes. Deliver testing on all software products for applicable OS platforms. Ensure compliance for our products so they meet all government regulations.


About You

  • 3-5 years’ experience- bachelor's degree in technology will make you a standout candidate, but not required.
  • Experience in an Technical IT Support team, Product Support Team, or Systems Engineering Team.
  • General programming skills, are helpful.
  • Knowledge of software development fundamentals.
  • Experience with SQL, Postgres, MySQL, Non-SQL
  • Experience with Bash, Batch, PowerShell scripting
  • Must be fluent in all flavors of Windows, Linux, and Mac Oss
  • Knowledge of setting up and configuring VMs (ESXi and Hyper-V)
  • IT knowledge (GPO servers, WSUS)
  • AWS knowledge
